Our Story
Established in the early 1980s, Flanigan’s Accounting & Legal has spent more than four decades building a reputation for reliable, personalised accounting and taxation services. What began as a sole practice has grown into a trusted advisory firm, serving hundreds of clients across Melbourne and beyond.
Throughout this time, our philosophy has remained unchanged: provide expert financial guidance with genuine personal attention. We’ve watched many of our original clients’ businesses grow and succeed, and we now proudly serve second and even third generations of some families.
Our practice is located in Surrey Hills, in Melbourne’s leafy eastern suburbs. We’ve been part of this community for over 40 years, and we’re proud to serve clients from across the greater Melbourne area and throughout Victoria.
Our Approach

We deliberately maintain a boutique practice because we believe this delivers better outcomes for our clients. Every client matters to us, and every engagement receives our full attention. We’re not interested in being the biggest firm—we’re focused on being the right firm for clients who value expertise combined with personal service.
